- Coastblinds.com will
accept returns of stock products only. Custom made products are not
returnable or cancelable as they are made specifically for you and are
not re-salable.
- Returns will be subject
to a 25% restocking fee and the customer must prepay shipping back to
the manufacturer. Contact Coastblinds.com customer service for a
return authorization number and the address for the return. Most
products are not to be returned to the Coastblinds.com sales facility.
- In the cases where the
product was shipping free, the cost of the original freight will be
extracted from the original purchase price and deducted before the
refund will be made.
- No refunds will be made
unless the product is received in salable condition with all
accessories and original packaging materials.
- If a product is returned
collect and/or without a return authorization number, the shipment
will be refused or sent back and the customer will be responsible for
the shipping costs.

Shipping damage, what to do?
Coast Blinds and Shade
cannot be responsible for damage to a shipment caused by the carrier. In
the unlikely event you receive your shipment damaged, it is best to
refuse receipt of the shipment. If you need to file a damage claim, we
will work to assist you with this and will do our best to secure you a
repair or replacement. Contact our customer service department.
