If you made an error and need to make a change, contact us and we will see if anything can be done. Sometimes a change is possible for a charge or no charge depending on the situation. Coast Blinds and Shade will not accept cancellations or changes once the order begins. Your custom products are not returnable as they are custom sized and are not resalable.
